As a homegrown and a grass-root private equity player, we understand the Indian logistics and the local mindset, which is our core market proposition. We have an open perspective to each of our transactions and realize that opportunity comes in many flavors. As a proprietary firm, we are open to strategic alliances on some of our existing investments and possibly new investments, and often bring in co-investors in order to increase the deal size.

We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that these alliances and co-investors are fruitful to both the investors and the promoters. We also ensure that our value methodology is well defined and clearly understood by the promoter group as well as by all the investment parties involved in our investments.
